Impossible to ignore.

Hi guys I have cleared interview with PWC but have rejected the 1st offer as they offered 28% hike on my CTC (around 40% on base minus the allowances and Variable). I have mentioned on call and rejection email that I am interested to join if they revise the offer. What are the chances they will do so?PwC Pwc AC

VWs spot was was about smaller being better. Don't think this was a great appropriation of that campaign. At first glance I thought this was a pro Social Distancing ad.
Is the next ad in the campaign gonna show a black person with the headline "Lemon."?

You can't appropriate a classic ad without taking in consideration the entire campaign.
The idea is forced and the headline doesn't make sense. Clearly, it seems you just want to repurpose a layout without understanding the point of the original ad. I don't know how to fix it but the fact that I have to think hard about how to make it works means that the audience would have to work just as hard to get the message.

And using an ad of a car designed by Hitler adds another layer.
African American account for 12% of Americans, does anyone have the actual % of African Americans working in advertising?
So is Latinos who are really fucked
👏 This is painfully accurate. We have to do better.
The image speaks volumes, but the headline speaks zero. The image was an instant read, but the headline was not an instant read to me. I understood the ad because I read the body copy, which fits with the image. The headline makes no sense to me.
Another nitpick... as a Latino, I’m not sure where I fit in this image.
I genuinely appreciate that this got reactions from folks with high positions in our industry. I read through the feedback and am taking it all in.
The sentiment of this visual is shared by multiple people in our workplace, one that’s in desperate need of a wake-up call.
I hope the same fervor you spent analyzing this post is also used towards improving your own agencies. If you aren’t calling out or critiquing the lack of diversity with this same energy, you are part of the problem. Performative actions also make us cringe. “I don’t know how to fix it” is all too common of a phrase we hear from our CDs and perhaps emblematic of the bigger issue here. Hopefully we’ll all know how to fix it soon and not have to think too hard about “how to make it work.”
I agree 100% with Director 1. We all have to do better. Because right now, yeah it really does suck.
