In a HCOL city, what do you pay per month per child for daycare?

Did anyone exclusively bottle feed with formula from birth? I’m made to feel like an amoral freak for considering it. I am fully aware BF is best cos of antibodies and bonding etc but I have a previous issue and need to consider formula + bottle as an alt. However *every* article I find or attempt to read up on this assumes you’ll only do it to supplement breastfeeding.

I have a coworker who is about to go on maternity leave. Our company is only offering her 4 weeks paid maternity leave. This is in Virginia. Curious what maternity leave/benefits other moms have received.

My 6mo baby started daycare 3 weeks ago. We raised concerns about the frequency of feedings during the day (she was going for 5 hours without getting a bottle). The teachers assured us that would not happen again. Today I noticed she’s went for 5 hours without being fed. I cried so much and I just can’t sit here and eat knowing she’s not eating. Hi Moms, just had baby #2 and we want to upgrade our family car from Toyota Rav4 to a 3-row luxury SUV that's nice looking inside and outside, reliable and has decent cargo space too. My husband doesn't like the exterior of Grand Wagoner. We are considering the Grand Cherokee, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. But I have read terrible reviews about Escalade. Anyone have tips on actually “stopping the grind”? I’m in my second trimester of a high risk pregnancy and on busy clients until I’m due. (Senior Associate). Told my mgr and HR that I am expecting, but am still having to work until 2 am. Not getting enough sleep isn’t good my doctor said. How do I communicate this with my mgr? If I don’t stay up until al hours of the night, I won’t be able to get all my allocation done.. I’m stuck.
