In a pickle here. I love dogs and SO not so much. However, we’ve been dog sitting this 8 month old pupper for one day every week since the last 2-3 weeks and it has completely converted my wife into a dog lover. I’m emotionally attached to this dog but very quickly realized this is very temporary. Plus, I don’t think either of us are ready to get a dog full time - I am assuming there will be a lot of work around it. Any suggestions on how to not get so attached with this cute lil one?

I ate one biscuit out of a big packet that belonged to my roommate and he said things like “it’s so tough to get these biscuits” etc. The thing is that I would have never said that to him. I’ve told him that as long as it’s in the kitchen, don’t ask me before eating. He also constantly keeps asking me to switch off the kitchen and bedroom lights. Is my being annoying justified?

So I adopted a cat during quarantine. Although I love him, having him seems to have worsened my anxiety. I would never give him away but the responsibility has been giving me severe anxiety. Even though I had thought long and hard about getting him. I think coupled with the fact I started a new job a month ago, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. I’m starting medication this week and hoping it will help me. But right now, I am so stressed out and anxious :/ any tips? Or words of encouragement?
