I worked at a larger credit union. I was a regional manager overseeing 130 people and ten branches. I managed about 2 billion in assets. Sales and service had massive growth in my area. How can I leverage this into a position at a smaller credit union. (Most credit unions are the size of my region). I am running into problems getting I front of people. Does anyone else struggle with waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to fall back asleep? It’s bad for me, and I’m on trazodone to help, but I still have episodes. I have good sleep hygiene, although with my job sometimes it’s unavoidable to look at screens semi-close to bedtime.

I really need to figure this out because I have a chronic illness that’s triggered by lack of sleep, and I’m beyond worthless without sleep. Any tips or medication suggestions are appreciated.
