How would you go about telling someone you like that you don’t think their work is good enough for you to recommend them to another team? I DO NOT want to ghost them- I wanna help but don’t know how.

The average EBITDA for our industry is about 15%, but if you look beyond the spreadsheets, you’ll notice it isn’t a healthy 15%, it’s one built on over-working and under-paying high-level talent.

Has anyone else noticed their creative departments have become lazy? They demand 2x the amount of hours for concepting, only to present an idea that was unsold to a previous client 4 years ago.
