In april 2021 i had joined firm x and absconded within 3week to join firm y. As they don't accept my resignation and not became ready to release.

But firm x, didn't ask anything and they did release properly and took 3months as per their norms, as i had did resignation thorough portal.

I am not showing that experience to anyone while applying for new job,

Is it will affect in BGV due to that have entry in PF.

The opportunities there seems more interesting in terms of missions and financially. I had interviews for companies but one obstacle keeps coming up: I am not a qualified lawyer because is it not necessary to be one when you’re an in house in France.

I do have 2,5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in Privacy and strong referrals.

I’ve received an offer to be an OM at a startup but will also have EA duties. Frankly, over the course of the interviews, the job description has changed several times. It appears I would be expected to help 3 C-suite, the VP Operations, and some of the BizDev team (assuming I accept of course).

I interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 11th April, I haven’t received any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls.

I had an interview today and interviewer asked me if I had an offer and I said yes then she asked why are you not accepting that. I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?
