Ladies I need your insight there is this the guy that has liked me for a few years but I'm not attracted to him. I have never kissed him or anything. Without negotiating it seems like Tech pays more, is that true? Or can I still negotiate more with CPG companies?

What are some reasons to decline a second interview? I recently interviewed for an Internal Audit role but I didn’t feel like the pay range matched the job. This IA role is for a small credit union and you’ll be the only IA. It’s a new role they came up with this year as different departments would have a a role at different audits. Their pay range is 65K - 75K DOE.
