Looking at merging with another firm in NY. My practice in my current small firm has been mainly with clients in NJ which I doubt will travel to NY. Firm in NY is now saying we will pay some of your costs for your Jersey office (50 percent of cost) and then after 2 years wants me in the NY firm every day. Is that normal and there package will pay me about the same but I get rid of my administration which I handle for the firm and can be a lot of work. Thoughts on pay and rent cost?

Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this?
