Hello Gang, I’m on the business side for Walmart right now. Walmart Global Tech recently offered me a role to move to the San Bruno office, but I’d be taking a demotion from L6 to E5. YOE: 8, COMP(200k base, 25% bonus, 100k RSU). Is this competitive in the bay? I have Doordash and Instacart in the pipeline, but no final offers yet.

Nps is optional, you can opt for it if you want. Company pays only if you opt for it.
It's not percentage of salary atleast for me as it is fixed amount from past 3 years. Earlier it used to increase with every salary increase. May be it has reached company's contribution limit.
Can you help me with HRA claim process in BGSW ? Do we need to upload landlord PAN Card if claim is more than 1 LPA ? Do we need to submit any house rent document with landlord signature?
NPS employer contribution is mentioned in your offer/revision letter. The amount mentioned/12 is the actual contribution of the employer.
It is optional. Once you opt for it and you make a contribution of minimum Rs.50 per month, the employer will contribute to your NPS account. If you don't register and make the minimum contribution, the employer won't contribute.
That depends on your pay and it is different from employee to employee
