job 2 or atleast offer (Senior Manager 3 days a months in office( Banking firm) minimum, people manager for 24/7 infra operations teams and new project)taking a salary cut of 8k in base and with better WLb( hr) says so in interview. How can I "live downtown" for a few months? I live in north Chicago now with my partner, but I've always wanted to try out the downtown, walk to work, city life. Is there an affordable way for me to do that short term just as a bucket list thing? I'll keep my current apartment, just get an additional thing for little bit. The closest thing I've found is summer student housing for schools in the city. Get 1 furnished bedroom in a 4 bed place. Any other options?
