Can any body tell me i worked one year in cts,now i am in bench,if i put paper in bench exactly how many days they will take to release me ?

In CTS talent Market place Policy: ADP Policy exempted.. does it mean bench rule period of 35 days is not applicable to me or how it is...i joined CTS on March 25 manager level with 10yoe

I know previously if anyone joined cts within then he got default rating and sone hike in October. Last year they given the same.
