Hi all, I have a final round of interview at Meta for a PM position and the HR told me that I would be assigned an existing PM to help me prep better and to ask any questions about the next rounds. Unfortunately she has not assigned anyone yet after multiple follow ups and I have my interview on Monday. Could anyone guide me on what I should do? Should I be raising this during my interview?

I currently make $160k as a wfh Sr. IT Program Manager with 15+ yoe managing a $10M portfolio of contracts and a team of about 50 people. I have an offer making $20k more but it would require returning to the office. I have no desire to return to the office full time. Are remote delivery PM jobs available that will pay more or is my current salary fair for a wfh IT PM?

New offer from current company to move to a new team and they’re like it’s some big promotion. Current role is key accounts + a territory, 125k base + 31k and 19k additional bonus opportunities (which I’ve been hitting consistently). New role is a pay grade jump technically and just key accounts and supporting another team for some other big accounts. Pay is 158k + 27k bonus. Total comp difference is only 3% raise. I got a 6% raise in the same role last year alone. What would you negotiate?

Which is the more lucrative and flexible long term career path when comparing .NET development vs salesforce development.

I had HR discussion today where I asked for 60 percent hike. HR said they need to check with business if they can approve this hike. She said she will come back to me post discussions with business. My question is if they do not approve of the asked amount will the HR come back stating what is the best that they can offer? Or they would simply reject my profile. What would be the timeline for offer letter generation if approval is received?
