Now going trough the self disclosure questionnaire and I have been fired once 7 years ago due to internal politics (company tried to justify it with poor performance). Almost every purchase we make is on the card, so we take a few flights with miles and the companion pass each year. Thinking about splitting our accounts just to get another Delta Platinum, get a big mile bonus, and then we’ll have two companion passes between the two of us each year. Anyone done this? I started as entry level customer support, was promoted after less than a year and then promoted again about a year later to Operations Manager at my current job. I was offered 60k to start and after 2 years with no raise due to COVID was offered a 3% but was able to negotiate 8% with a promise that it'd be revisited. Shortly after, our Director left and I took on his responsibility with no comp increase. He made close to 100k and am unsure what to ask for or how to during my comp review tmrw.

How do I negotiate back to hourly with a fair rate when I already feel like they are refusing to pay for a promotion given in June?

In May the owner moved me to salary (at bare non exempt minimum rate). In June they promoted me to Level II Team lead and instituted On Call rotation which indicated we had expectations of 930a-930pm to take calls with no additional increase.

Now they want us to take calls any time of the night.

I want to decline these add'l responsibilities that keep changing.
