He steamrolled the whole thing and I never even got to open my mouth. He apologized to me via slack during the meeting, but still proceeded to bogart the conversation. Should I send him a polite but firm email calling him out?

Anyone used any good processes / structures for RFP responses? My team has a completely ad hoc approach. Different partners drop in at different points of the process to provide differing feedback and direction. It results in lots of rework, a disjointed story, and quality issues.
