My team of 10 is located in 2 countries and 5 cities. Oh and we never physically meet the client either they are in the 6th city. So much For being a collocated agile team. Sigh! #hownottodoagile

I’m new to consulting. Trying to understand what managers are supposed to do. I’m on a project, only senior with 3 managers. I’m doing all the slides and all managers tell me is what slides they want. Is managers job more like I need this slide and that slide and Senior or associate doing all the work? It’s tough as a person new to consulting from the industry with no other associate or senior. Just me, one senior and 3 managers.
