This is a great post. One afterthought. We should probably include area of firm...i.e. are we catching the tax / audit folks vs. advisory management consultants? I have no clue what the salary band differences are or if there are any
The list is interesting to read through. However, a mention of a few more parameters would make things worthwhile - years of experience, highest qualification, current title and level, name of employer or at least the industry
Is there a link? Repost?

Just base for this year. We don’t get bonuses. We get Year End distributions based on profitability and performance. Basically that distribution plus my base becomes my base for next year.
We should clarify if this is just salary or all in. 38, 200k salary, $265k all in, Boston, Female with kids.
Damn girl!
Isn’t this kind of meaningless without level? The point is equal pay for equal work. Saying someone is lower or higher based on gender doesn’t add much without level.
EY 3: Level isn’t meaningful either - every firm labels levels differently and may have different criteria even at similar levels.

Might be because I'm international but NE=North East or Nebraska?
I made pivots! First table excludes partners as the two male partners really skew the data.
All I see is ageism. Damn kids taking all the moneys
I'm planning to pull this data down tomorrow and visualize it for fishbowl and r/consultingbeautiful so if everyone adds gender, firm, and area of business, that would make it that much better

Thank you to the partners doing this. It's actually good to see where you might end up if you see it all the way through.

Realizing now I’m severely underpaid...
Same
I’m a data geek. Can we extract all these and put together a dashboard?
Homie wants some analysis 🤗

So who’s putting this data into nice graphs and charts?
Well this just made me feel like shit
Not true! I negotiate every year I am unhappy.
I’m curious if race changes anything

Looks like everyone but principals are underpaid. They must be putting in 10x your hours to get 7-figs.
