In-house counsel with <5 years experience - what is your compensation? And what industry are you in?

As a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in SharePoint and modern web development, what should be the expected compensation (base salary) now that I’m getting into Salesforce (as developer)?

Looking for general feedback on career growth and compensation expectations. I’ve broke down the last 10 yrs of experience since some may argue the mil exp may/may not be relevant. Salary for a CA fresher in TIAA India as an internal control analyst

I have 7YOE and hold below offers in hand for Azure Devops position :

1. Mindtree - 12.5LPA
2. A small company in my hometown with 17LPA

First I got the Mindtree offer and then the second one.
My DOJ is expected in early September.
I have asked Mindtree HR to revise my compensation but she said compensation revision is not happening right now and she would try in August. At max, she said they can provide a 1L joining bonus.

Does anyone know if Mindtree considers compensation revision ?

SOs salary negotiation: he was told the bonus is actually higher (still just a 2% jump or wobble from current job) and then he just froze and said "ok" not asking for a signing bonus etc. Really bummed now, and he is bummed that I'm bummed. And the company is probably happy with their underoffer. Does HR keep track of these information bits and does take this into account for next salary raise talks? As if you train for a marathon and ultimately just use one leg to wobble the whole race.

Anyone have insight on an annual 5% equity bonus? Is this low, avg, high?

Is there anything about this as a part of total compensation that can be better/negotiated?

My yearly income (post standard deduction+ 1.5 lacs 80c investment) is 650,000. (April 21- march 22).

I will also receive 2,00,000 joining bonus this month end.

Total income: 6.5 lacs + 2 lacs

Question:
1. Will 10% taxes(as per old regime slab) be deducted on 6.5 lacs and flat 30% be deducted on joining bonus?
Or
Only 10% Tax will be deducted on 8.5 lacs(6.5 + 2 lacs jb)?

2. Need suggestion to save tax on the above numbers.

I work at a very small boutique and have represented several law firms in disciplinary proceedings and against claims in litigation. I recently learned that some very large law firms have in-house counsel offices and would be interested in parlaying this into joining one of those groups. Is that doable? Do most of those in-house groups hire from within the firm? Are lawyers considered part of the in-house group but are also practicing law for externals clients on behalf of the firm?

Is it too late to negotiate a title change once you have been working at a company a few months? I started at a company and didn’t realize in the interview process that I would be the only one in the department with substantive experience. I think I deserve the “senior” title but not sure if it’s too late now to ask.

What is the job market looking like these days for an in-house attorney with 10+ YOE (especially if fully remote)? I took an AGC job almost a year ago for a multitude of reasons that I did not have a choice in, but my base salary is at least 60-80K less than it should be and the benefits are lacking/nonexistent. I really like my boss, my company, I love what I do, and I don’t want to job hop, but the pay is not ever going to be what I need (especially in comparison to the job duties).

Doing a remote interview tomorrow for an in-house position that I really want. Invite says "[company] is a startup, so a full suit is not necessary! Business casual attire is recommended." Like I said, I really want this job, and the idea of not wearing a suit is just weird to me
