Does any Big 4 FDD team have work?
I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?

Yeah, it should basically be for the notice period, bc it is a voluntary departure. If they make you leave sooner without paying you out, then it is a termination, and you could get severance as a result. So they will usually pay for a reasonable notice period.
You will get paid till last day in office. It’s not considered firing. But the last day you submit time is what u are paid for. And u still get pto accrued paid out
If you put in your two weeks and are asked to leave immediately by your employer, I seriously don’t interpret that as being fired. They simply are just trying to protect their people / technical capital and looking at the business aspect of things.
This is true.
