Food for thought this a Friday. Quiet quitting has been trending for the last few weeks. This is problematic in two ways. A) Doesn’t actually identify the root cause for burnout (I.e abuse at work or poor company culture B) Completely dismisses a whole demographic of people unable to do the bare minimum without facing penalty. Huh? Copy rates? I was inquiring about attorneys’ fees.
We raised our fee and retainer. People keep paying and retaining *shrugs*. Up to 550/hr 15k retainer

We went from $300 to $325 and increased our retainer to $3500 (mainly for family law and some business)
