You're not gonna nail every brief every time. If you can nail like 65% of them, you're a hall of famer. It's easy to get in your own head when you start a new job because you want to make that great first impression, but it sounds like you already have. Ease up on yourself and the ideas will start flowing again.

Morning meditations and fitness. Ik ik, ew gross. But in all honesty the more I keep in shape the better/more creative I feel.
Ha, I literally made nothing at a top ten agency for 2 and half years and still stayed employed. Don't sweat one week.
Sometimes it’s forgetting that the idea has to be a genius or award worthy . I’ve seen some of the best ideas be ones that relate to an insight that really strikes a chord with the target audience.
Is there someone on the team you want to impress? Maybe try sharing ideas with someone you trust and being open to what they have to say. Ideas/words dont always have to be fully baked and perfect. Also... i get my ideas when i go for walks. It helps.

Totally normal. Ask to help out on another account or new biz. Lotta times you’re just burned out thinking only about pizza. Or whatever.
Have you taken a vacation yet or had enough PTO? That time off can be the difference maker. If you have the means, consider a change of scenery for either a long weekend trip or a vacation. I at least always notice I’m sharper when my brain is in a new environment free of stress for a few days and new scenery.
