I have an offer from Walmart but I'm also interviewing at Meta. I'm midway through the Meta process but there's still a long way to go and I don't want to rush through it unprepared. Both are for a Data Scientist position. Any suggestions on how to deal with a situation like this? Walmart Facebook (Meta)

Hi! I’m new here.
It’s Friday morning and I don’t want to get up! 🤓

What is winter?
Everyone goes outside unless the windchill or temperature is 0 or below.
Ditto
Not in California
que frio!
I think it has to be above 40 in my district. Most of our students have cheap coats that were bought for them by the school though.
We do not go out if it reaches 0 F.
Omg.. our policy is we don’t let kids outside without long pants/coats once it hits under 40 F 🥶
Ha! We have indoor lunch if it’s below 60. Rainy day indoor recess if sprinkling.
Since we don't have much real winter weather like you do, we keep them in if the temps or wind chills are below freezing or if it is rainy/wet outside.
-10! Wow! Our policy is 29 and below, no outdoor recess.
My home district is 15 degrees or below no recess, where I teach it is -10 or below. Crazy what a difference there is in districts. Of course if it's raining kids don't go out, either.
Southern Michigan. Wind chill -20 is the threshold for school although I’ve heard 0 on the temp determines recess. We had a local Christmas parade in late November a few years back where wind chills dropped to -13 and the band still marched (although several brass instruments had valves freeze up in the middle of songs). Kids thought it was great!
Wind advisory will keep kids in. Rain will. We only get below 30 degrees at the wee hours of the morning. They have and will lock down the school for extreme weather.
20 degrees is the temperature point for us. Ice on the playground will keep them in too.
