I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
Working with company from last 4 year and there has been no progress in career growth, I have been joined as a Implementation Project manager and still the same, I have 11 years of experience in Hospitality software and delivery management with 11 lakh ctc, Can you please help me to get the new opportunity?Sabre

@ACD1 - Yeah, I have - they just keep saying they’ll bring me in on stuff and then don’t have a ton of follow through (it only happens sometimes). Kinda why I’m asking if there’s anything I can do on my end instead of relying on my managers, if that makes sense? Probably not how it should be, but I’m working with what I’ve got!
When I’m constantly being kept out of important communication and my offers to take on some projects have been turned down. Is there any other way I can show leadership skills? What can I do to learn to think ahead? I really want to be an art director but I feel like I’m hitting a wall when I try to take steps to get there.
