Just got my offer from Shell. However the LOE does not detail certain compensation components which are mentioned in the initial offer (market competitive allowance and performance bonus).
Should I ask for a revised LOE with this listed or does the original offer hold good even when I sign this contract?

Hi all, wondering if anyone could give me some advice? As silly as it sounds, I’ve never negotiated an offer before. I’ve been offered a role, during the interview process I asked for 40k, they were offering between 35k and 40k on the job advert. They’ve offered me 35k with a target based bonus of 6k paid in two throughout the year. I’ve spoken to a few friends and everyone has said that they’ve offered me more than what I asked and I shouldn’t negotiate. Should I negotiate? Thanks!
