EXL Services (Manager - C1 band)
Fixed 27 lpa + 12% variable +
1.5 lpa practice premium (to be added to fixed part but not counted during appraisals or performance bonus calculation) +
4 lacs deferred bonus (to be paid out after completing 6 months)

EY GDS (Associate Manager - Rank 42)
Fixed 28 lpa + 10% variable

Currently an LSA at Deloitte USI Advisory with 7.5 YOE and 20 lpa fixed

Please help me compare all aspects of both orgs (not just salary)

I just got offered a promotion to engagement lead at my current consulting firm and a significant comp raise. I’m still interested in continuing the interview process, but the original salary range I gave to the recruiter is now lower than my new salary post-promotion, and I’m now in a higher position than im interviewing for. I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)
Virtusa: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Senior consultant, Tier 2)

I joined maersk 2 months back. Here Background verification is done by EY. They send me few emails, i shared all docs and details with them. Now i got an email saying BGV is incomplete. I checked with my poc in EY for bgv. She has no idea what happened.

Is there anything here for me to worry??
