In PDM round of IBM's, after mentioning the expected salary, and no objections/bargaining happened then, can we consider this will come as your salary in final offer? Any one experienced this recently in IBM ? Also how much time will it require to get the offer letter once we send all the required documents?

If your expected CTC is within their budget for that role then they will offer you the same....if its more than max budget then they will offer you max budget package.....just try to chase HR regularly until offer is received....bcoz sometimes HR forgot to check if OL is released or not...in case they took 1 month to release offer letter

I had same situation no negotiation happen in PDM and then after 2 week HR came with figure which is less saying they only have this much of budget. I get the offer after 3 month of my PDM round. But check with HR once in week over an email or call.

Don't worry you will get the expected compensation in your offer letter. The IBM PDM round is the main offer discussion round. If they agreed to your expectations then you will surely get the same in your offer letter. And as far as offer letter is concerned it can take 30-45 days to release you the offer letter. So be patient and don't stop giving interviews. Maybe you can get more better opportunities. Good luck buddy.

I was also expecting some negotiation in my PDM round but they have not raised any concern what I have asked for and told you may or may not have another round of interview. It's been week I haven't heard back from them. So I called HR and asked for update, HR told me that compensation is being discussed with leadership and we will let you know soon. Any idea where it's heading.
