Will he have to serve the 60 days notice period.
Also on the experience letter or anywhere after release this PIP or negative remarks will be there. Will it affect his future employment in other firm

The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Hi folks. I am paying for the EY health insurance policy covering me and my parents. I also have an individual health policy for me. However, the premium amount above 25k (the additional 50k eligible for senior citizens) is not being considered for tax deduction by the company. Shouldn't the total eligibility be 25k + 50k?
