I’ve contemplated going completely independent and I’m not oppose to that but a little nervous to make the jump. LPL and Cetera have reached out regarding me potentially joining an RIA. And now I have an offer on the table for a bank advisor role with a credit union. I’m unsure of which route I should go and want to see if others have experienced this decision? Thoughts?

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
