I see posts that to get promoted to higher JG,you will need to find a role internally all by yourself. So,on similar lines-is this also possible the same way for international transfer ?how does it work?

Hi everyone…we currently hired a “marketing assistant” who has no degree or experience in marketing or design. I’m being asked to train them, their background is retail so they’re not even familiar with basic corporate programs (Microsoft & outlook). Is it wrong to be offended? 😂 I’ve being studying graphic design since HS, my degree is Visual communications/graphic design. Now I’m being asking to just “show them” how to use the creative suite for graphics!!
