My base location is Gitanjali Park, and project deputes location is Infospace (Candor). In card collection mail it was told to ask HR for approval regarding entry from main gate entry. In June I was done with my TR and MR round in tcs later got an email that I've been shortlisted and to upload my documents. After that no hr has come back to me and still my status on ibegin portal is showing interview - evaluation in progress.

Now last week I applied for a similar role again and my interview went well.

Now my question is do I need to upload documents again if I get shortlisted?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

1. I have posted X(<10L) as expected CTC in the form before Final tech round. I finished final round. So,HR will call and ask me what is your expectations. Can I change my expectations to >10L, because I feel I deserve more,and company is paying that for others as well.

2. What reason can I give to HR for the above problem, IF she asks why?
