I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. My kind of interests and experience is in Operations and supply chain management. So before joining as T4 Associate, I have applied many job applications related to Operations and Amazon Fulfilment center roles. But I didn’t got any response from the recruiting team.

So my query is, is there any other way to move into operations department/ Amazon Fulfilment center? Also does this require any assessment?

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team. Hey all, I'm approaching my 1yr anniversary in my current role, and I'm curious of what I should expect in terms of a raise.

I started at $57k base last year, with OTE of $70k

I received a small raise at the start of this year, along with a new comp plan so current numbers are $59k base and ~$80k OTE.

This role is in a life sciences vertical. SDRs in this vertical w/ a year of experience average 60-70k base.

I'd like to land at $65k, thoughts?

I just gain my bachelors in Mechanical engineering and I’m currently working as an estimator for a mechanical contractor. And I’m looking to do more within my field. Is it necessary for me to get the PE; Sigma six certification; PMP certification etc. Or can I just teach myself skills like coding and solid works and just gain experience.

Onboarded HCL on friday, during interview etc they told me it's a Development project but now they have put me in support saying they still need to onboard resources for the Dev project and working out few other things and might take 2-3 months.

Also, the laptop will be shipped after few days itseems.
