NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

I live in London. Although it’s on expensive side, you should visit just for the sake of experience. You’ll have stories to tell your grand kids.
Surely it helped a lot thanks, its all new so trying to process it. Will reach out to you thanks a lot.
Life is all about risk, even for the worst case scenario lets say you join and will be part of layoff in next 2 months, whats the loss?
You can join another one after coming to india, and if the risk pay off then it would be good for career.
Right now,its risky. Probably 50-50 but if are in a financial situation where you can manage for 4-5 months if you lose the job(Worst case scenario) then you should go cz risk to reward is pretty great.
The only thing that can go wrong is that you can be laid off after few days of relocation while all yout stuff is still in transit from India. Meta did this to many employees who relocated to London last year, so be mentally prepared for this.
:-(
Hands down go buddy, London exposure is superb.
London is a great place to be, been here 4 years like it. Currently inflation is high so everything is expensive
