Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.

Cartier tank on croc strap is pretty timeless
Thanks for the tip!
Omega's constellation line has really nice women's watches
This is the exact info I was after - I really don’t know much about luxury watches so it’s good to know that Omega would be perceived just as well if not better than Rolex. I’ll check it out along with Cartier - thanks so much 👍🏽

Ah the luxury of being able to shop for ladies Rolexes (aka in stock). If you like the Omega Constellation posted, take a look at the Zenith Defy. There’s a whole bunch more colors, also with and without diamonds
How is Zenith ranked, brand-wise? Ideally I’d like to get something I love, but that will be “just as good” (if that even exists) as a Rolex, and that would retain its value in future.
Rising Star
All of the major brands have womens lines (Rolex, omega, IWC, Tag, Panerai, Cartier etc). Pick one an roll with it! Cartier tank is becoming super popular and I think will age well long term.
Do you wear a watch now? Do you have an idea of the size that you would like? Other preferences? I say go and try stuff on. You’ll get a better idea of what you like and don’t like and then go from there. Start with Cartier and omega. They have a wide selection of ladies watches
There’s a million posts here about that and I’m not the most qualified to answer but basically they’re restricting supply. If you go to a Rolex boutique, realistically they won’t have anything for sale and maybe a handful of watches to view in person/try on but you can’t buy them. With no purchase history and no connections, you are looking at a very lengthy waiting period.
Hello! I echo the other responses. Go to a boutique and try a lot of different watches on. Don’t feel the need to stick to the womens lines - I find many of the womens pieces over-jeweled and too small. More traditional fits for women will likely be <34mm, but it’s all up to preference!
I prefer automatic movements. A little more tactile, interesting, and better finishing. But less accurate than quartz movements. That being said, the new Solarbeat Cartier Tank is absolutely on my list (solar powered quartz).
If everyone in your office wears a Rolex, why should you? Glashutte has some unique pieces that is bound to draw some attention.
Meistersinger one-hand watches are pretty unique too.
