So, I should be negotiating for my pay soon for my Administrative Assistant job. Currently making 13/hr as a Temp to Hire in the position. Research for State, National, and Industry averages has been mostly unhelpful because they're all different. The lowest Average is 35k, and the Highest average is 45k. How can I try to convince my boss that I'm worth the 45k? Especially since it would be an over 50% pay increase.

I worked for a small startup for 5 months which do have only 10 employees in the past and didn't deducting anything for pf or TDS, also they didn't provided any TDS. Now, HCl background verification team is asking for form 16, i already told them that i don't have form 16 for that startup, now they send me one statement of fact and ask it fill that why I don't have form 16? Has anyone here not pursued an extension because client isn’t listening to advice, whitewashes statuses, purposefully misreports (read: lies) despite what data clearly shows, misses deadlines and then just rebaselines dates, etc. because of concern they will fail and try to blame consultants (so reputational risk) and for other reasons (e.g., no value in time billed, other work could be pursued, mental health, etc)?

Is it normal for PPMD to jump around? I feel like I’ve met a few that have spent time as PPMD at different firms or have just recently joined EY from another Big 4/competitor.
