In UMM / MF currently and realize I want to stay in GE / PE long term but need a more sustainable lifestyle. Any strong MM or UMM funds known for relatively better WLB and culture?

I have an offer from EY GDS (have not yet accepted).
Currently working for a European bank as Front End Developer. In current job WLB is sorted but tech stack is limited to Angular(Js).

I have an offer for a PE Ops role and whilst comp is good it seems like they're hiring a pool of internal consultants to leverage for implementation projects within specific PortCos and therefore I won't be driving initiatives centrally - is this standard practice for Ops roles?

At this point I think I'll turn it down given I'm looking for something that operates more centrally (driving not implementing myself)
