Any thoughts on the eLearning space?
Meta technical solutions consultant interview prep - can someone let me know if they have gone through the technical rounds for Technical Solutions Consultant role? Can you share what to prepare for since it’s not a data science type of role so most likely not hard level MySQL questions. Any specific types of queries that I should learn? Thanks!

EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

The entire org is structured to deliver consulting. Problem solving, slide writing and exec comms are all institutionally taught. Partners are almost always content experts within their industry, not just salespeople. Roles on project teams are fixed: each grade has pre-defined expectations, promotion windows and pay. There is more responsibility lower down, more support functions with graphics, analysis and industry knowledge. Projects are higher priority for larger clients with 2x higher fees. You do more work in a given day.

When you work for a large banks, which person do you work for?
I’ve worked at both…imo it all comes down to speed. BCG teams work longer hours with more streamlined processes in order to create key deliverables with higher quality and timeliness.
AP has a similar value prop (super high bill rates and long hours)
As far as solutions go, I think both AP and BCG have stronger comparables to draw from and go to greater lengths to back their recommendations. There’s also much more effort around playbook formulation, which results in higher quality due to a more consistent product. Kind of like an assembly line as opposed to artisan product. Additionally, I see a lot more proactive ideation than I did in both firms. B4 had a lot of “oh well I guess we just have to wait until we get the data” type moments.
