Have an upcoming interview for Tech strategy consultant with Deloitte as an EH. Recruiter mentioned 1 case and 2 behavioral interviews. Really appreciate if someone can share their experience and also touch on the following - 1) Case - will this be tech focused or random case interview? Is it similar to McK interview? 2) Behavioral - Typically how many questions per interview? Do they Grill and ask lot of followups? This is how I handled My 90 days Notice period and it worked for me. Step1: created a naukari account and resume with fake name. Step2: updated naukari as last working day is in a week (every week I update my LWD) Step3: Attend interviews and gain confidence. At first I got rejected in many interviews but I started to clear one by one after preparing previous interview questions. Step4: when I gained confidence, I resigned and started looking for job with real name. And cleared.

Cisco being a product company, I am assuming what would be the general patter for the tech roundswould be different from other service based MNC . The interviewer is from US and on checking his profile, it doesn't look like he is from salesforce background. Joined a regional firm after getting a MS to transition into cybersecurity; I have ~10 yrs exp with clients, project management, sales, mostly in small business & small business IT/tech admin. I didn’t realize the importance of getting credit for prior work exp & got hired as a ‘new grad, no exp’.
