I’ve always used Elite, both as an admin before law school and as an associate. It’s a widely used system and I would think has robust support.

The firms I’ve worked for have used Aderant/IntApp. It’s got some issues, but works pretty well.

we use fulcrum/epoch and i like it. the timers on epoch are great for me. makes it much easier for me just to keep track as i go rather than having to go back later and add in my time or god forbid try to estimate
