This is base for ~5th year analyst in our actuarial group (normally, year before manager) Bonuses 10-40% on top of that
We have our own bonus pool. Very real news if you are a top performer. Most of EY is on a really shitty bonus plan. We are not part of PI.
Lots of people respond to specific scenarios, but I wanted to create a thread to see open ended opinions on compensation at 135k since it’s decent wage and often in between consultant and manager levels.
I make a little more than this at Slalom in SF. I graduated undergrad in 2015 and was with Accenture for three years before starting here. I'm consultant title, technology, and I feel fairly compensated.
You graduated in 15? What's your bonus like? I'm at a boutique after 4 years at a large firm and am $127k. But my bonus this year was $25k
Yes, haven't gotten a bonus at slalom yet. Sorry. Can't imagine it will be $25k.
All in or base?

I graduated in 2014 and got an offer for that much in Boston for a Corp strategy manager role.
