In your opinion, do I want to work at Mother NY?

I recently had my first baby and I’m trying to be as practical as possible, I did not get a bunch of baby stuff I just got the essentials, I think they sell you too much unnecessary things. I do appreciate people showing affection with gifts but feel kids now a day are over gifted. Would it be taken wrong if I suggest that for birthdays and Christmas instead of toys people deposit whatever they were going to spend in my baby’s 529 account?

EY - What is the maternity leave breakdown? 2 weeks prior to DD + X disability + 16 weeks parental leave + up to 3 weeks PTO? Is the usual 6-8 week disability/medical separate from the 16 week bonding leave?

As a manager of a restaurant, how is it best to address parents with screaming babies/children given that it is not a kid-encouraged establishment? The parents were oblivious to proper etiquette and other guests complained making the parents of the screaming baby wildly offended. How does management appease all parties?
