There shouldn’t be any key difference between disciplines. There will be difference amongst individuals. There should be a difference in how they execute and they should do it collaboratively. But you tackle a brief with brains, imagination and wit (and more). Doesn’t matter your title
Yeah there is no difference until it comes to execution. I think copywriters have a say in the art direction, ADs have a say in the writing and scripts.
Everyone is different but I’m not sure there’s any great difference. That’s why ADs and CWs get paired up to concept.
