Hi Fishes
I wanted to know the Employee Perks/ benefits provided by Freshworks Inc to employees.
I am currently working in a Company where in they pay ₹ 5,000/- a month for wellness reimbursement, free Cab, food Annual Education reimbursement upto ₹3,50,000/- etc
All employees are eligible to these benefits and these are beyond the CTC.
Does Freshworks Inc provide any of the above or any other benefits besides CTC ?
Has anyone received the bonus letters yet?
Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

Honestly, it all depends - it’s not even the agency, it’s everything else. Your team, account, leadership...as bad as it sounds, it’s a lottery.
Unanimous - it’s the team/office more than the agency itself .
If you are interviewing ask about team shape (how many people are staffed for the account and how much spend ). That will speak to work life balance .
Ask how often you will have 1x1s with your manager -that will speak to if the team has a leader who takes time regArdless of how busy they are for your personal development.
Leadership will always be what your make of it - Id investigate the true open door policy , and how often VPs and and above have skip levels or meet with the team.
Pay is what you make of it, do your research, know your value and have the data to back it up. (Ex- grew media revenue , scope , product offering , landed new clients ect, took on incremental process projects in addition to current work load ) that’s one of the key ways to get $$$.
For team culture ask about team outing and how often everyone heads out to vendor events that’ll show if it’s a close nit team or a bunch of individual contributors .
Thank you for this!
Seconding what Consultant 1 said... but they DO exist!
Concur with the others on this thread. I’ve worked at big shops and small shops and really depends on the team. I’ve found that smaller planning groups tend to be better offering the above. Because the team is small, everyone is hyper focused on making sure there isn’t a cog in the wheel whereas in monster size teams one can get lost in the shuffle
