Security Architecture according to me - you get to design architecture for your client incorporating best secure practices and I personally find it both challenging and interesting!

From what I’ve seen, governance is a good way to get into security leadership positions. Two directors from my firm recently moved into a vp & ciso position this past year.
Pen testing is a great one, as there is still a serious need for talent. If you are good, technical, and know how to manage a team, you can get a challenging/fun job that pays pretty well.
