You can pour it into a bowl and let it harden. Then throw it in the trash. You can also pour it into a glass jar and keep the jar until it’s all full of grease. But you are right, definitely never pour it down any of your drains

If it’s mostly water, I would still recommend dumping it outside rather than down your pipes

Just let it harden in the jar and then scoop out the solids into the trash. If there is water at the bottom, you can dump that

We freeze it and just throw it away in the winter. It won't melt in the garbage can. Or we would use empty baby formula cans (or similar) to dump it into the just throw the can away.

Wait, I’m confused. Someone said SCs are typically billed to clients at 250/hour. I’m on a multi year project full time. Just 1 years worth of my time would be 480k for the client, no? How is that feasible? That’s so much! We have a team of 4 SMs, 3 SCs, 1 C, 2 As, and 25 subcontractor employees - that’s millions a year just to pay us. (48 weeks X 40 hours X 250)
