Inflation costs are killing my pipeline. Many of my deals are scaling back greatly because of their rising operating costs.

How do we overcome the inflation objection? I mean obviously the answer is to show how much value we offer, but how do we do that when all of the companies we work with barely have enough funding?

They need our services, which is at least some job security, but their scale back is greatly affecting our projections and quota attainment.

Random question. The doorman in my building who works the Nightshift (11pm onwards) is always dead asleep on the desk anytime I see him (usually I drop by circa midnight a few nights a week). I get it would be hard to stay up for the whole night (and I don’t envy the job) but like sleeping an hour into the shift seems a little unprofessional to me? Or am I being a hardass?

That's a relationship you have to nurture.

And I bet that most of you have more than a handful of happy customers who would refer you business. The easiest way to get more leads and pipeline is to ask for referrals.
