Is Lead Consultant a good profile in Infosys?
I need a genuine suggestion please, I have a 3 months of Work experience post my Post graduation which I don’t need to showcase and accordingly I didn’t include it in the resume, I have an offer from Wipro now , will it create an issue if I give it during BGV or I can avoid declaring the details in BGV, please suggest

Hire freshers. As they don't have much development project. 1 senior will teach 10 junior and in 3 senior salary they will have 10-12 juniors
This policy of mass hiring of freshers had worked for them for decades but it may not work anymore. They will also switch in a year.

Apart from usual business profits, All these companies makes big profits by being mean & cheap to their own work force.

Haha.. Leave that.. Instead of revising salary, they are threatening to people by alert box. You left before 4 yrs of joining. You joined as a fresher. You won't be rehired.. For experienced lateral hire.. You left before 2 yrs of joining.. You won't be rehired..Threatening 😂 same as my exp they hire a guy with 10.8(same technology). For me it was 4.3🥲. My rating was commendable. All of my teammates left Infy.. Only one guy is there.. He hopes to go Canada when he will be senior.. So he is tolerating low salary

Make the existing hard working employees do all the actual work while enrolling freshers in project for the headcount and menial work.
Happens till the old employees put their papers out of frustration, then the freshers who were doing nothing have to pick up the pace or leave.
And the cycle continues!
Most projects in infosys requires only gadha mehnat .so they are increasing freshers recruitment.who they think is the best suited with lowkey salary.

i feel these companies know they can go ahead and hire someone for less price, even i have heard TCS stopped from offering you an increment if you are planning to leave and put down your papers, from them its now okay you are going then go
Between i have seen people with 7-8yoe experience joining tcs and moving for onsite mostly European countries also there tcs salary is 20lpa + enjoying and offshore people With less salary3-4lpa who have 1-3 yoe working there ass off
Switch dude there is no future in this company. They are still living in 2005.... 3.25 lpa rukhe h aur annual hike 2%
