I think it’s a positive move, as I’ve seen better work related to the brand I work for come from those who understand it best. Tell me again why a full agency is necessary? 😆 We hire and give full benefits, while agencies continue to ask freelancers for discounts, while jacking up their agency rates.

I am a military spouse/government employee with a clearance on LWOP until 2024. I would like to start gathering ideas for what to do in case I need to enroll in schools or get new certifications. I am torn between going back to my job, getting decent money but it's not something I love and the career progression will be limited.
