Initially I applied for senior associate and after interview, PWC offered manager level with 125k base but based on my research the title and the location it should be somewhere between 140k to 160k.
They realized I am definitely worth more but now they are keeping numbers low based on my initial application.

Hi! In Dec. I saw I was being underpaid & expressed my frustration to my boss & HR & was told they can’t do anything until may. I was also encouraged to look for an internal role at a more sr level to get closer to the salary I’m looking for. I don’t want to leave my role yet & my boss says she thinks she can make the salary bump happen for may. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary.
