After giving few interviews and clearing them all
Now getting offer upto 15LPA fixed..

I am being scared.. I am not sure.. I can raise the bar but I don't know how it will affect my professional career.. Please guide me through.

I’ve been at the same agency for 5 years, have had endless growth opportunities, love the people I work with and have been promoted regularly with salaries I’m happy with but something has felt off for awhile now. I can’t put my finger on what “it” is but I’m bored of the work, the office politics just annoy me and I roll my eyes on every email that comes though. I think everything is pushing me for a new change in my career but I’m also worried that the grass may not be greener. Advice?

Trying to find an answer to a few questions and coming up empty: (1) what are the penalties for failure to send continuation notice (federal COBRA is $100/day, but don’t see anything in NJ statute or case law); (2) if an employee is terminated for cause are they eligible and must they receive the continuation notice? I work in tech and have been at my current company for 6+ years now. I'm basically a senior level data analyst and I'm really the only person at my company with that skill set so I get A LOT of high priority requests from every dept. It can get overwhelming.

About 3 months ago I moved to a new team within my company. The new role came with a higher pay structure and a senior title.
