Planning Directors: market and salary?
Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Hello Sharks, Need a suggestion. Had a verbal communication on profile and salary post selection (12th August) still haven’t received the offer letter. Getting updates that they are waiting for global team approval which is stuck due market conditions i believe. My LwD is arriving should I take Whatever offer i have which is comparatively less or ask company to retain as MS are not certain with when they can roll the offer out. Microsoft

I bet they work harder than you too.
Lol, dude, your grasp of sarcasm is the lowest I've seen in a decade
OP they run a $2M+ revenue P&L as well as do HR and back office. How much work did you sell last year? Stop whining, you are clearly paid what you are worth
OP, You are also below the average manager salary for consulting too. Go get a better job if you are so good. I bet you can’t even make a good burger 🍔 anyway and I bet you probably prefer shake shack or five guys
Clearly people here love dick measuring contests so... Running 4 M engagement, pipeline of 7. Either that oe y'all are new immature managers.
They make more than me too. Their job has got to be a nightmare though.
Exactly what EY1 said
Yes of course, making burgers is so much hard work 😩 how could any of us do it 😱
I am curious why so much, company must really place a priority on retention and growing leaders.
I can see OP didn't read the article they cited... And yet wonder why they make less!?
@fam1 instead of vague comments, make your point maybe?
"making burgers is so much hard work" is not only what they do. It entails way more and is described in the article.
