I haven’t been convicted as it’s a long drawn out process, but curious how big of a deal this is when looking for consulting/IT/Program Management type jobs. Any advice on transitioning from medical sales to tech sales. I’ve been a top performing rep (ranked first and second) two out of the last three years at my current company and was top 5% at my previous company. Have been getting hit up by places about great jobs I’m excited about, but they happen to be at places with known diversity problems. I’m trying to market to landscapers/lawn maintenance businesses.

I wanted to use the Microsoft ad network to run ads. I’m currently using a bunch of different platforms (google/Facebook/etc.)

What drove me to Microsoft was the idea that they could specifically target landscapers. It’s a target category on LinkedIn ads. However, when I tried to make a campaign on the Microsoft network, “landscapers” was not a category. It seems it’s only available on linkedin ads (cont. below)
